Make an appointment
To make an appointment, you can contact us by phone at 06 – 48 361 254, via WhatsApp at 06 – 48 361 254, or by email at info@work-with-care.nl. You do not need a referral from your primary care physician to make an appointment. Please let us know which location you’d like to visit and provide a brief description of your symptoms. This will help us determine which therapist is best suited to assist you.
First appointment
The first appointment begins with an intake to get to know you as a person and to determine your needs. Then we discuss the course of treatment. After the intake interview, we often start treating immediately. That is why we reserve 45 minutes to an hour for the intake. Follow-up appointments last 30 minutes.
Canceling an appointment
If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule, you must notify us no later than 24 hours before the appointment. For late cancellations, we will charge for the treatment.
Opening hours
The Work With Care team can be reached by phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. And on Saturdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
