Discipline
Discipline can be learned and ensures that you take the next step
needed to get where you want to go. That’s how you create
habits that do not depend on your motivation.

Where motivation depends on how you feel, discipline depends on how you feel
learn and not depending on how your cap is.

Discipline is created by repeating small steps daily
(to apply something structurally) and thereby develop a habit
which does not require motivation. The structural small steps will
bring you closer to your goal over time and deliver you too
more self-confidence.

How?
Think big, start small.
To initiate behavior change and train your discipline
it helps to think big but start small.
No matter how small the step is…. Every little bit helps.

By describing your goal (slimming/healthy living) in a plan you will reach
not only inspired and motivated, but you also create an overview
of the actions to be taken.

What small action can you consistently do every day or what habit
can you teach yourself to eventually reach your greater goal?

eg. If you want to run a full marathon, you train
several times a week to increasingly greater distances. That’s how you can
