- One-time physical therapy examination €62,50
- Long session for complex/multiple care needs €80,-
- Screening, intake and examination €62,50
- Intake and examination after referral €56,-
- Home supplement €20,-
- Missed appointments* €37,50
- Unmet intake* €50,-
- Reporting to third parties €75,-
