THE TREATMENT
At first physical therapy appointment, we first begin with a 30-minute intake interview. In this intake interview we try to get to know you as a person and to determine your request for help. At the end of the intake interview, we will discuss the treatment process. We try to be as transparent as possible in this regard. After the intake interview, we often start treating immediately. That is why we reserve 45 minutes to an hour for the intake.
The treatment phase is unique per request for help and person. We give everyone personal advice based on their request for help. The number of treatments per week/month therefore also differs per person.
During the treatment you will be guided, supported and advised. Usually exercises are also given that you can perform at home.
When it is conducive for you, we can also use the gym. The fitness room has the latest fitness equipment and there is room for all kinds of exercises.

If you have physical therapy in your supplementary health care policy, you will receive full reimbursement for physical therapy treatments. For certain care indications you can also get physiotherapy reimbursed from the basic insurance. Ask your health insurance company for specifications. This way you can be sure that you will not be faced with unexpected costs:)

We are located in the Velserbroek Sports Center in Velserbroek . In Heemstede, we are located at FM+ Healthclub. Because we are located in these gyms, we can provide you with the best possible service. We can coach you or help you with fitness exercises.
