More about Ron
My name is Ron (’95) and I was born in Zuid-Scharwoude. During my physiotherapy studies at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam the realization came that there is nothing more fun than helping people. This combined with the interest in the human body, the human individual and sports in general, has ensured that physiotherapy has become the profession that still makes me happy today! In addition, entrepreneurship has always interested me a lot, which is partly why Work With Care was founded in 2019.
A personal goal is to be able to support as many people as possible in leading a happier life. An optimal vitality and health are, in my opinion, essential and the building blocks for this optimal vitality and health are a correct execution of the behavior in this, nutritional intake and a correct way of and approach to exercise. Whereas with Work With Care we focused on all three building blocks since its inception, we made the choice to focus on exercise within Work With Care. Fortunately, we have great collaborations ongoing to be able to give attention to the other building blocks as well!)
During the examination I focus on finding the underlying cause to resolve the complaint or injury, I like a challenge. Sometimes this is very obvious if there has been a trauma moment or someone comes to us after surgery, but sometimes this is a very interesting and difficult search. During rehabilitation, collaborations are central to me. Collaborations between me and the client, but also collaborations with other practitioners or referrers to give the client the optimal treatment. In addition, I do not want to skip the fact that I find it important that someone does not look forward to a treatment, but preferably even feels like it. If the client wishes, I am happy to offer something to drink and if time permits, I can also appreciate a nice conversation about something other than the complaint.
Please feel free to contact me to schedule an appointment.
Together with the team at Work With Care, I would love to help you achieve your goals!!)
